Shipping policy

Please ensure you read the Truffle Tips to understand Fresh Truffle. The Truffle sent to you will be the first available hunted fresh truffle closest to your order to ensure the best experience.

Our Australian Truffle Season runs June, July and August with the peak season Truffles in July.

Your truffle can be sent Aus Post Express or Airport Pick Up.

Orders are normally dispatched the same or next business day and will typically take 1 - 3 business days for delivery, depending on location and time of year.

Fresh Truffles are sent Mon, Tue and Wed with overnight Aus Post.

Airport Pick Up in capital cities is available and arrives every Thu /Fri morning unless prearranged via direct email.

All tracking details will be sent to you.

If Truffle is required for a special event please let me know so that I can ensure it is prioritized.

All efforts will be made to deliver goods within the expected time-frame, however, I cannot be held responsible for delays or COVID Complications/ conditions which may affect delivery.

Returns/Exchanges

Please note we cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact within 24 hours upon receipt if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can help.
