Beluga

This Caviar is full bodied and creamy yet soft and delicate and leaves the lingering long taste that makes Caviar so irresistible and desired. Beluga is the rarest of all the varieties, and fetches the highest prices due to the time taken to raise and harvest this delicacy.

True Beluga Caviar comes from the most famous and largest Sturgeon Huso Huso and when admiring these pearls in the right light, there is a visible characteristic high coloured spot with a light ring around it, known as the "Beluga eye".

The Huso Huso Sturgeon is now successfully raised in farms and the entire fish is used with no wastage, including the meat offered smoked and the skin (like leather) used to create handbags and wallets.
