The finest of our oscetras with light brown to caramel coloured larger sized eggs and a rich, nutty delicate smooth flavour. This is one of my absolutely favorites.
Caviar is temperature sensitive and needs to be kept in the coldest section of the fridge and cold during transport.
Express overnight post is possible in an ice packed box, but unforeseen delays are possible with Aus Post and not recommended, pick up is preferred.
Pick up is available in Brisbane at Banyo office during business hours Thu and Fri. Delivery to the door is possible if within 10km of CBD.
