European White Truffles,(Magnatum Pico) aka the Alba Truffle is available for a short time usually between October and January. Some seasons they are only brought into Australia for a few weeks, all depending on price and quality. They are not cultivated and found only in the wild.
Please order the Truffle as close to the date as you need it, or send an email at orders@ladytruffle.com and let me know the date you wish to enjoy your Truffle as it will need to be as Fresh as possible. They do not freeze.
