Smoked Pike Roe

A delicious and fun bright orange smokey flavoured Roe.

The wild pike are fished from the large lakes and freshwater bodies of Canada.

The roe have been delicately smoked using a technique and artisanal methods specially developed by Petrossian.

Upon tasting, they reveal a bold attack of smoky notes, which give way to the natural freshness and "buttery" texture of the pike roe.

Great for garnishing.
